Buckminster 4.5 installation on Eclipse Oxygen/Neon SourceForge Error

Hello friends,

Today I'm going to tell you about a solution to an issue during iDempiere 4.1 installation in Eclipse Oxygen / Neon.

The error appears when you try to install Buckminster, not the version you download from eclipse but the one suggested in the iDempiere Guide:
* https://sourceforge.net/projects/idempiere/files/binary.file/jarfile/bm-p2/bucky-updates-4.5/ 

This problems appears because of the ssl certificates provided by sourceforge that won't let us properly download the required dependencies for Buckminster plugin.

So the steps to solve this issue are these:
1) Locate the JRE version you are using in Eclipse Oygen.
2) Depending on the JRE you are using, download the corresponding Java Cryptography Extension from Oracle:

• Java7: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce-7-download-432124.html
• Java8: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce8-download-2133166.html

3) Extract the jars and copy them to $JRE_HOME/lib/security

4) Restart Eclipse
